Silma - 4th day after endovascular treatment blood pressure hypertension
Sat, 28 Jan 2012 16:55:35 +0000
4th day after endovascular treatment blood pressure hypertension. This patient suffered extreme hypertension (blood pressure reading of 300/180), which was uncontrollable using medication. She endured a headache which lasted 30 years. During diagnosis, her transverse sinus was found to be occluded on both sides. Both stenoses were successfully treated -- and her headache went away. Her blood pressure stabilized to 90/60 without medication. She was recommended to consume some salty food (preserved olives) to raise her blood pressure after treatment.
