i keep on getting dizzy but i don't have an arm blood pressure monitor, is there a way to measure your blood pressure without one?

You can go to most any Dr’s office, ambulance service, red cross, senior center, pharmacy or walmart usually have blood pressure monitors set up to take your BP for free, and some hospitals will take your BP for free, any walk in free clinic. There are really a lot of places to get your BP measured. How do you know the dizziness is from your BP? It could be anything from diabetes to anemia. You really should see a Dr. An inner ear infection will also cause dizziness.
